How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your order will be manufactured on average within 4-5 days after Full Color Tees receives your order, after which it will be shipped out.

My Order Never Arrived!

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If your order did not end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.

If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at customerservice@abcoinc.com making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

We offer FedEx and USPS options for United States domestic orders, including Hawaii and Alaska, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We offer standard shipping options, as well as expedited options if you need your package sooner.

How Do I Place An Order?

This is the fastest and most convenient ordering option available to you. Online ordering always starts with adding items to your shopping cart.

Step 3: Customize your product, then select “Add to Cart”.
Step 4: Review your cart, then “Proceed to Checkout”.
Step 5: You can either create an account or checkout as a guest.

Step 7: Enter your payment information.
Step 8: Review your order details.
Step 9: Before placing your order, read and agree to the “Terms & Conditions“

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

Nope! You are welcome to place an order without having to create a Full Color Tees user account. No sign-up or login is required to order.

If you do sign up to be a Full Color Tees user (hey, it’s FREE!), you can create a profile, keep track of your order history, and many other exciting things.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order within 15 minutes of purchase. To cancel your order, please follow the steps below;

Log in to your Full Color Tees account.

Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.

If the order has been placed less than 1 hour ago, there will be a ‘CANCEL‘ button showing to the side of the order summary in the action column,

Please select this button, your order will now be canceled.

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

Please remember, this self-cancellation is only available for the first 15 minutes of your order being created, after this 15-minute window, we cannot cancel orders.

If the ‘CANCEL’ button is not showing at the bottom of the order summary, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

If you have already received your goods then you may return them in accordance our Returns Policy.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can view the status of your shipment by visiting our Track Your Order page.

Tracking availability varies based on the types of items you purchased, your selected shipping method, and the carrier of your item. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours.

How Can I Return a Product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an order arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email with a photo to customerservice@abcoinc.com within 7 days and send the item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Wrong size

If you are unhappy with the size you’ve received, please check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. If you believe the item size is mislabeled let us know by emailing us at customerservice@abcoinc.com within 14 days and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.
